My client are a well respected Investment Management Fund based in Mayfair, West London. Due to a busy growth period, they are looking to take an additional Team Administrator to help maintain diaries, organise interviews, prepare board minutes, arrange travel and manage expenses.

Page Personnel are representing an independent Investment Fund Manager and UCITS Management Company in their search for a Team Administrator. The business has well established blue-chip companies that make up their client base and are leaders in their market. Their business plan is focused around making value creating investment decisions for their clients, through managing the day to day operation of their funds. This role will be reporting into the Managing Director and is being recruited on a rolling temporary basis.

Description

West London, Financial Services, Team Administrator:

Duties:

  • Efficient and proactive diary management for the Managing Director
  • Provide administrative support to both the senior management team and HR
  • Provide and collate relevant agendas, minutes, papers for the CEO
  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements and arrange itineraries.
  • Act as point of contact for a wide range of visitors, conveying a professional image at all times.
  • Monitor phone calls taking necessary action either personally or diverting to other areas.
  • Monitor generic email in boxes and then file or action emails as required
  • Managing invoice processing/ expenses finance team.
  • Help with the on boarding and off boarding of employees
  • Putting together induction packs and at times be that person who carries them out
  • At times help with arranging training bookings
  • Help HR at times compiling confidential information during busy times

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in an Administrator role
  • Immediately available
  • Willingness to learn and work in a small team
  • HR experience would be advantageous
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid between £11 and £13 per hour depending on experience
