A global communications consultancy firm based in the City are looking for a Team Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Manage the filing and distribution of client announcements and documents
• Complete research tasks and client reporting for the team
• Maintain the team database and press lists
• Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and manage diaries of team members, coordinate client
• logistics and scheduling
• Manage complex travel itineraries and logistics for the team
• Produce reports and documents, including PowerPoint presentations
• Assist with team, journalist and client events
• Provide general administrative support to the team including MD and SMD expense submissions
• Meet and greet clients
• Screen calls
• Act as the main point of contact on specific client accounts – this includes liaising with clients and submitting RNS releases
• Collaborate with the other Team Assistant and the wider corporate support teams
• Filing and printing documents and collating information packs for the team
• Ad-hoc projects as and when required
• Out of hours support to the team will be required on occasion
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous experience in a Team Assistant role
• High level of IT literacy (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Previous experience of organising events
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
