Executive Assistant – Luxury Brand

We have a fantastic Executive Assistant position to support the Chairman of this luxury brand based in beautiful offices in Mayfair

The role is incredibly busy working on some very interesting projects.

You will be able to work well under pressure, multi task and prioritise and able to use your initiative effectively to deal with the demands and constant changes and be confident in your ability to provide a top Executive Assistant service.

Duties will include:

  • Day to day diary management – setting up meetings internally and externally and dealing with changes.
  • Setting up conference calls.
  • Gate-keeping and screening telephone calls.
  • Responding / handling all incoming correspondence.
  • Liaising with other departments internally.
  • Excellent customer service skills to deal with clients directly.
  • Preparing of all documents and presentations for meetings.
  • Occasional note-taking.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation, visas, hotels, taxis and preparation of itineraries.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Acting as first point of contact.
  • Project related duties.

You will be used to dealing with UHNWI’s and able to demonstrate confidentiality and discretion at all times.  Have a real interest in the brand/business.

Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.  Highly organised and efficient and able to keep calm at all times.
