With an ever-expanding number of apprentices out on work placements with clients all year round, we are looking for an Apprenticeship Account Manager to be responsible for all key client programmes run successfully.

Who will you be working for?

What will you be doing?

• Project managing the on boarding of a new client contract
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships
• Review analysis of results and report back to client stakeholders
• Ensuring communication is clear and timely
• Lead on programme related contact
• Liaise close with members of the organisation to discuss programme activity
• Management of team to ensure compliance with client contracts
• Coordinate and contribute to proposals and tenders

About you?

• Proven experience managing successful relationships with clients
• Understanding of the financial services industry
• Experience working with Apprenticeships
• Excellent planning skills and the ability to create high level and detailed plans
• Excellent negotiation skills
