Calling all Agency PA’s!!
My client, an exciting advertising agency based in the heart of Central London, is looking for a top class PA to support 2 Execs and their wider account team! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established agency responsible for some of the most renowned creative work and make a role your own! This agency is incredibly collaborative and really takes care of its staff; the culture is forward thinking, flexible and the agency is highly respected. The office is colourful, open and full of creativity and flair and you will be surrounded like-minded creatives so this is not one to be missed!
On a typical day, you will be supporting 2 people will all things PA, which could include all the basics (diary, travel, meetings, expenses), as well as getting involved some additional creative work including assisting with PR, new business and production. You will be an essential part of the team and the right person will be really committed and want to get involved in everything!
To be considered for this role you MUST have 2 years PA experience from within the creative agency. You should be really eager and willing to learn, engaged and excited at the prospect of working for an amazing agency. You should have a genuine interest in advertising and be 100% reliable! The perfect person for this role will be an experienced PA with a warm, passionate and unflappable nature. This role will suit someone who can easily manage a busy workload and will happily pick up more – someone with a great attitude and sense of humour would be ideal!
