My client, a leading Global Media firm based in the West End are currently looking for a switched on, efficient and friendly PA/Office Manager to join their team.
This position will be responsible for supporting and assisting 6 Directors and Office Management throughout. A great opportunity for an individual to come on board and make the role their own. They are seeking a hands-on approach, someone who isn't afraid to get stuck in!
Situated in stunning offices, walking distance of the tube, you will be part of a fun, vibrant and friendly team.
Duties include but not limited to:
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
*Managing the main office switchboard.
*Ongoing liaison with building management, reception and security to ensure the smooth running of the UK office.
*Responsibility for planning and managing all office refurbishments, general maintenance and office moves.
*Negotiating and contracting with new suppliers including stationery, office equipment and furniture.
*Maintaining upkeep and booking of boardrooms.
*Arranging catering requirements for internal and external meetings.
*Arranging couriers and handling post.
PA
*Providing full diary management for Directors.
*Meeting and greeting the Director's visitors.
*Processing expenses. Weekly meetings to support the MD.
*Scheduling travel arrangements and compiling itineraries.
*Preparing documents and agendas for meetings. Managing passport and visa expiration.
*Administrative support, where required, including binding documents and scheduling employee
ADHOC DUTIES
*Health and safety
*Facilities
*Having some dealings with events
Candidate Specification
*Media background would be desirable but not essential
*Experience working as an PA/Office Manager within an office based environment is essential
*Confident and friendly attitude.
*Team player
This position is paying £28-32K and looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
