This incredibly successful, well regarded and charismatic Founder of a revolutionary Commercial Law Firm that is flying has finally reached a stage where he needs the help of an experienced EA to keep him sane and on track. A newly created role, working for this charismatic founder who has huge growth plans to develop the firm and is looking for support to allow him to deal with both the day to day workings and long-term sustainable growth of the company.

A well-presented, high calibre, discreet and professional Executive assistant with a Legal background and a solid understanding of the inner workings of law practice is sought to use their initiative and skills in creating and developing this role. Job Specification

• Direct client contact in person and on the telephone.
• Extensive diary management (gatekeeping), making sure time is carved out for managing teams and for non-meeting work.
• Managing partner's inbox and email filing system.
• Arranging client lunches and events, departmental functions and firm events within specific budgets.
• Researching prospective new clients (following KYC practices).
• Managing LinkedIn profile.
• Working closely with the practice manager, dealing with sensitive issues and assisting with communication between partner and PM.
• Managing reception and reception staff.
• Candidate recruitment - researching prospective few earners and arranging interviews, liaising with agencies.
• Point of contact when partner away from the office.
• Small aspect of personal duties i. Amazon Prime ordering, arranging dry cleaning etc.
