HR and Facilities Administrator role for a Finance Technology Firm in City. Temporary, on-going, Starting Friday, 18th of January. £14 Per Hour Duties: The HR and Facilities Administrator is responsible for providing support to the HR Business Partners with any overspill administration tasks. In addition, this person will be responsible for co-ordinating recruitment and training administration. The role is responsible for undertaking current business as usual training and recruitment administration and ensuring process improvement within the business. This role must provide the highest-level support and information to the HR team, line managers and candidates. HR & Facilities Administrator, EMEA •Ensure employee documents are filed promptly and updated in the necessary databases; •Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding procedures; •Update the HR Systems (ADP Freedom & WorkDay) with any changes to employees’ information as well as setting up new starters and managing leavers; •Coordinate the enrolment of employee benefits; •Monitor the HR and Facility email account responding to internal and external clients’ queries; •Create letters for salary increases, promotions, probation, resignation as well as offer letters and employment contracts; •Manage the HR and Facility financial processes including purchase requisitions and purchase orders using Oracle iProcurement; •Complete background checks for employees, using Vero Screening, ensuring any concerns are escalated promptly; •Workd closely with the finance team in preparing the monthly payroll spreadsheet with changes to employee information (new hires, leavers, salary increases, enrolment of benefits, etc.) •Conduct regular checks to ensure that the facilities are in working order; •Liaise with contractors to ensure any facility issues are addressed; •Monitor and order office stock when supplies are low; •Manage and schedule internal and external meetings; •Arrange couriers for employees; •Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls; •Monitor the Receptionist inbox responding to queries and/or requests; Please send your CV for immediate consideration.
