THE COMPANY:
Our client is a well-established energy consultancy based in the City. They are seeking an ambitious individual to join the company as a Receptionist on a temp to perm basis.


THE ROLE:

The Receptionist’s duties will include:

• Welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a professional manner
• Booking travel for members of the team including flights and accommodation
• Answering the switchboard and dealing with enquiries
• Provide support with general office maintenance including monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies
• Organise meeting rooms including booking lunches and conference calls

 
THE PERSON:

• Must have previous experience working as a Receptionist within a professional environment
• Must be available immediately to start on a temp basis
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise own workload
• Well presented with a friendly, helpful manner and a can do attitude
