Currently recruiting for a fast growing, entrepreneurial Fintech company who need someone to act as their go to person to support their growth. You will work in a high tech environment and one of your responsibilities will be to ensure that the fridge is stocked with beers and other drinks of choice for Friday socials. Overall you will manage the day to day smooth running of the office within this broad ranging role.
This position will involve end to end and broad ranging tasks some of which will include:
- Managing the suppliers, negotiating contracts and monitoring service delivery
- Manage the on boarding of new starters including hosting welcome drinks and setting up on systems
- Dealing with incoming and out doing post and courier activity
- Overseeing health and safety
- Deputising for reception
- Setting up meeting and events
- Travel arrangements
- Providing support to the management team
- Ad hoc queries and requests
You will need to be
- Robust with a strong eye for detail
- Outgoing, able to forge strong relationships across the business
- The ability to prioritise your workload and juggle priorities to meet deadlines
- Graduate calibre with 12 months exp in a team support role
- Work on your own initiative and own and take responsibility for tasks
- Resourceful and office solutions
