A globally renowned Executive Search firm is always on the look out for exceptional and dedicated EA’s for their London office in the West End.  Assisting with the smooth running of search assignments, you must be flexible, highly organised, hard working and enthusiastic.  Typical duties will include managing the search process and its logistics, providing complex diary, travel and inbox management, liaising with clients and candidates for interviews, meetings and travel arrangements, updating the database, assisting with presentations, dealing with expenses, filtering calls and providing general admin support and assistance to the team as required.  You should be keen to get to know the business and successfully build and develop relationships with clients and candidates and be a confident team player who enjoys working in a fast paced, structured and process-driven role.  Being able to prioritise, multi task, think ahead, problem solve, anticipate problems and take on high levels of responsibility with senior people internally and externally is a must.  You should thrive in a demanding corporate working environment, be resilient and calm under pressure, have good common sense and an ability to drive tasks forward.  Proven experience working in a PA or EA capacity supporting 2 or more people is required, as well as an advanced knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, a 55wpm typing speed, audio typing experience and excellent customer service skills.  Previous Executive Search experience would be beneficial but not essential.  This is a fantastic opportunity to part of and work closely alongside a dynamic community of EAs.
