Facilities / IT Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a top creative advertising company to join the business as Facilities / IT Manager. This expert agency have a hands on approach to work and are passionate about what they do, they are seeking a candidate who shares the same approach and mind-set towards their work.

This person will be the forefront of all facilities and IT related issues or queries and will have the ability to manage any of these efficiently.

• Acting as the 'go to' for the team for anything facilities / IT related
• Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, reprographics, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling

• Ensure building(s) meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation

• Handling all IT related tasks for team and / or clients
• Ensure at all times adherence to all regulations, legislation and policies relevant to the working environment which will include health and safety and building regulations
• Experience acting as or supporting a Facilities Manager in previous positions
• Ability to take initiative and think on your feet will be crucial in this role
