THE COMPANY:
A global reinsurance firm with amazing offices based in the heart of the City are currently recruiting for an experienced Reception & Facilities Coordinator Administrator to join the firm for a 12 month FTC.


THE ROLE:


The Reception & Facilities Coordinator’s duties will include: 
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, providing refreshments and ensuring a welcoming Reception area for all visitors
  • Managing the booking of meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the day to day of the office runs smoothly
  • Ordering office supplies including stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Being the first point of contact for all office emergencies and call outs where appropriate.
  • Directing and planning essential central services such as security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling
  • Working alongside the EA to provide any assistance where required
 
THE PERSON:
  • Must have experience in a similar Reception & Facilities Coordinator position
  • Have handled Health and Safety regulations previously
  • Be able to manage their time effectively
  • Show strong administrative skills with accurate attention to detail
  • Be able to priorities their tasks effectively during busy periods
  • Show professionalism, strict levels of confidentiality and exercise discretion at all time
  • Must have proficient Microsoft office skills
