It will suit someone who thrives in a fast paced, challenging and high growth environment and who is happy to take full ownership for their part of the business. This is a highly varied role and each day will present new challenges so an aptitude for problem solving is essential. 


As front of house you will own the complete customer experience for your office or centre. You will be a key component in how the business is changing the way people work, owning all operations of the centre and supporting senior management as needed, including conducting office tours for prospective customers and holding networking events for prospective new clients. Front of house, customer service representative and office manager all in one, you’re responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. By proactively managing and resolving customer queries, you will also help to win and retain customers. 

Through your customer service excellence approach to managing your community, you job will be driving the organisation’s mission of enabling professionals to do the best work of their lives. 

Responsibilities to include;

·      Taking care of visitors to the building

·      Meeting room management and set-up

·      Manning the phones and the intercom

·      Managing cabs, courier bookings, post and deliveries

·      Managing agency supplies and suppliers – subsistence, flowers, office supplies, etc.

·      General office tasks like keeping the office tidy and presentable

·      PA duties – diary management, travel, reservations, time sheets, presentation prep, etc.
