Are you looking for a new challenge within one of the property industry's biggest players?
I have a rare position available for a Corporate Receptionist based by Chelsea Harbour in Imperial Wharf. I am looking for an intelligent and professional individual to join this team and act as the first point of contact for the company. It is imperative that you are well-presented, enthusiastic and have an understand of corporate reception roles.
This is a permanent role and the hours are 8:00am - 5:30pm.
This role would be ideal for someone who has corporate reception background and is familiar with this style of environment.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Imperial Wharf
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming all visitors and guests in the appropriate manner at all times
- Training of other secretaries and receptionists
- Office management duties such as ordering supplies, organising repairs and placing orders.
- Organising taxis and couriers throughout the day
- Facilitate the booking of meeting rooms.
- Ensuring the Reception area is kept immaculate at all times
