Our client, a well-established Financial Services firm based in the heart of the City, is now looking to recruit an experienced PA to provide comprehensive and dedicated support to a senior Board member 

Responsibilities 

• Extensive and often complex diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts

• Organising multi-party meetings and conference calls

• Extensive relationship-building at levels, privy to large amounts of confidentiality

• Overseas travel arrangements, producing detailed itineraries including visas

• Expenses management

• Drafting and prepare correspondence: emails, presentations, memorandums, meeting materials

• Fully managing and preparing for all meetings, trips, off sites and events

• Maintaining accurate records: paper and electronic filing, data entry projects, HR systems

• Ad hoc Projects

• Occasional Private PA support

Requirements

• Previous solid senior-level PA experience preferably gained within City Insurance/Financial/Professional Services firm

  • Intermediate-fluent French language skills

• Effective time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Tact and diplomacy but also robust

• Organised and proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude

• Flexible and adaptable – able to use initiative

• Strong attention to detail
