Team PA

A very established fintech firm are seeking a PA to support the Managing Director.  The company is in their fourth year of trading and has had the most impressive growth in the last 24 months.  The Managing Director is a young, entrepreneurial, inspirational and fun  boss who is looking for a bright graduate PA with two years of solid office experience.  Based in offices in Oxford Circus, you will be providing all PA and secretarial support to him and making sure his day runs smoothly.  He is fairly self sufficient with his inbox but expects assistance with travel in Europe, organising events four times a year, doing a small  amount of HR and liaising with the HR consultant. You will also be creating powerpoint presentations and looking after his expenses. He has business lunches daily so a knowledge of the most fashionable and new restaurants is paramount.  You should have either a degree, or a secretarial course and have two years (ideally PA)  in your first job. The company has a young culture, work hard and play hard.   This is a really fantastic PA  opportunity for someone who is has cut their teeth in their first job and keen to move into the next part of their PA career.
