Real Estate Paralegal

A well-established UK law firm, based in the City of London, is looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal. The firm’s core services include advising public and privately-owned businesses across an inclusive range of industry sectors such as corporate, banking and finance, property litigation and high-value residential property advice.

The role:

• Involved as part of the team in matters from client opening to post-completion matters
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of legal documents in relation to property management such as licenses, letting agreements, wayleave agreements and deeds of covenant
• Preparation of first drafts for contracts of sale and leases
• Due diligence-on purchases, compliance of sale packs-on sales
• Helping with post exchange / post completion formalities on commercial transactions
• Administrative tasks such as deed scheduling, preparing materials for departmental meetings and performing online searches

Job requirements:

• Completion of the LPC
• Previous experience as a paralegal
• University degree (2:1 minimum)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills
• Experience of SOS desirable
