Your new role
You will be the Legal Executive Assistant to the Group Legal Director, responsible for the smooth running of the legal department both internally and externally. You will support the Group Legal Director with travel, diary and inbox management, while also assisting with Contract management and Non-Disclosure Agreements, managing files on disputes and litigation. You will liaise with internal clients on matters and updates, managing phone calls and client inquiries. You will be preparing and assembling materials and documents for meetings, engrossing and preparing contracts for signature. You will also be managing individual and team productivity levels and workflow.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload while under pressure. You will need to to have strong attention to detail, a thirst for knowledge and the desire to progress using own initiative. You will have knowledge of, or have the ability to acquire knowledge of, the working practices in legal/compliance department.
