We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant / Office Manager to join the growing team of a tech start-up.

We are looking for a PA who loves being the glue that holds the office together.

This PA role will be supporting the three Founders – who will be relying on you to manage their time and make sure their professional lives run as smoothly as possible.

Further to PA Support, there are many ongoing and new projects to get involved with as well as supporting the Head of HR when necessary.

Key responsibilities include (but in no way limited to):

PA to Founders (1:3)

  • Diary management
  • Inbox management
  • Travel arrangements (flights, trains, car hire etc)
  • Organising hotels, apartments, parking etc.
  • Personal tasks

As an additional responsibility, you will be looking after new starters; this will include on-boarding including hardware purchasing and software setup. You will also support the Head of HR with people related tasks such as interview scheduling and employee engagement.

You will be organising company-wide events and client events.

This is truly a fantastic role for someone who is organised, can work effectively with different personality types and working styles and a genuine passion for working as a PA or Office Manager.
