A leader in high end luggage is looking for a Retail Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be maintaining store policy and procedures, setting up promotional activity and taking ownership over various retail sales support tasks. You will need to have a minimum of 2+ years administration experience, ideally within a retail setting.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the store policy and procedures manuals and communicating any changes
- Setting up and maintaining a promotional activity calendar for stores
- Coordinating and distributing this information to stores
- Ensuring stores have administered Click & Deliver information correctly and verify these with other departments on a weekly basis to ensure sales data is correct
- Aligning training and development needs with the Area Managers and Human Resources to reflect market standards
- Taking ownership and delivering deadlines for ad-hoc retail projects in order to meet the varying needs of the business
- Coordinating staff incentive schemes with the Area Managers and Human Resources
- Acting as the point of contact for all operational tasks and ensuring full coverage across the estate
- Developing and maintaining third party retail maintenance contracts, ensuring stores are fully functional
- Building external relationships with suppliers to enhance our instore delivery
- Managing the loss prevention process and in store security with the relevant parties
- Managing health and safety throughout the estate to ensure compliance with current legislation (third party)
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2+ years administration experience, ideally within the retail industry
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
