Our client, a leading Law firm in the city of London are currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist to join their large, every expanding Reception team. You will work in stunning offices and understand how important providing a 5* seamless service is to a big firm in the city. You will have previous reception experience, be confident in your abilities, professional in your approach and be immaculately presented. You will have previous reception experience and have worked in a Legal, professional services or 5* hotel environment previously.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring a 5* level of service is provided at all times
- Booking and managing meeting rooms, ensuring all requests are actioned and requirements met
- Ordering lunches and refreshments for meetings
- Liaising with catering, facilities and cleaning teams
- Answering and transferring calls on a computerised switchboard system to the relevant person/team taking messages when appropriate
- Booking couriers and taxis
- Setting up video conferencing calls
- Set up temporary electronic passes for employees and contractors
- Ensure emails are replied to in a professional and efficient way
- Overflow administrative support to PA’s
