PA to 4 Partners – Creative Consultancy

My client, a well-respected and recognised creative consultancy that work with the top creative agencies around the globe are looking for a polished and professional PA to join the team and support 4 of their partners. The agency is growing rapidly, and with offices opening around the world the team is expanding too. Along with fantastic benefits you will also be given the opportunity of progression within your role as they would love someone to come in and take charge of the company culture and events side of the business too.

Day to day you will be supporting the 2 Founders plus 2 Partners in their everyday needs. They are extremely busy with complex diaries that constantly change as they are out on meetings most of the time so travel needs to be booked to get them from A to B immediately. You will process expenses, organise staff socials and be able to push back on the Partners with confidence to let them know if they need to be somewhere or if they are running late!

This role is a partnership, the Partners will look at you as an extension of themselves and expect you to get to know the clients as you will also be a point of contact for them also.
