I am looking for an experience Team Assistant to work within a prestigious design company based in Battersea. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career and take that next step up.

The Role

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Ensure the efficient running and maintenance of the office
• Promote sales activity
• Arrange Business development alongside your colleagues
• Diary management for Senior staff and large wider team
• Franking outgoing mail and managing incoming post
• Arrange training and development
• Manage multiple projects
• Attend pitches, briefings and meetings
• Assist the marketing team and account manage
• Minute taking and diary management
• Booking travel arrangements and accommodation
• Organise couriers - local, national and international
• Preparing spreadsheets and itineraries
• Assisting with any other ad hoc needed
• Organise staff events
• Assist with presentations and events
• Liaise with clients and candidates

About you

• Professional telephone manner
• At least 2 years previous Team support experience required
• Fluent in English with excellent written skills 
• Positive and flexible approach
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Extremely organised
• Well presented
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to cope well under pressure
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Knowledge of MS Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
