Graduate Receptionist required in Recruitment with progression!
A leading Recruitment company based in Westminster is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to work as a Graduate Front of House Receptionist.
This is an all-encompassing varied role; duties include front of house responsibilities including managing the switchboard and Front of house. You will coordinate company events including corporate away days, monthly events and quarterly speaker events. Office administration duties also include liaising with the building management team and building services contractors as well as taking responsibility for Health and Safety and acting as Fire Marshall.
You will also ensure meeting rooms are tidy as well as manage office supplies and liaising with suppliers. You will meet and greet clients as well as handle all switchboard, post and couriers. Liaising closely with the COO part of your role will be to manage company budgets, organise venues, send out invitations and organising caterers and transport. The company offers huge opportunity for progression to a Senior Project Manager role
You will have a minimum of one year Reception experience within a professional services environment and be keen to progress and develop within the company. Immediate start date.
