PA for Top Private Equity Firm – West End – Up to £40k plus bonus
 
Fantastic new opportunity for a PA to join a top Private Equity firm based in the West End. They have a lovely, inclusive culture and are in fabulous new offices. 
 
They are looking for a bright, switched on candidate of graduate calibre to join their support team. You MUST have prior experience in a Private Equity company.  

Duties will include:

  • Full diary management – complex and back to back
  • Coordination of travel itineraries – multi-stop and across different time zones
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparing board papers
  • Filing papers and documentation
  • Working very closely with the other PAs across the business
 
It’s a seriously busy, fast-paced environment and they are looking for experienced candidates with a seriously high attention to detail. 

An additional language will be a benefit although not a prerequisite.
 
Salary and benefits:

  • Salary is up to £40k (dependent on experience)
  • Discretionary bonus and pension
  • Private medical
  • Deliveroo lunch
  • Hours are 9:00-17:30
  • 23 days holiday and office normally closes between Christmas and New Year
