My client, an impressive content creation start-up, are on the hunt for a superstar EA/OM to support their CEO. They have developed an app which launched earlier this year for sports fans all over the world in 26 countries and 9 languages. This is a busy and varied role requiring a hands-on candidate who will be happy to muck-in with all areas of the business as they are still in the development stage.
As the EA to the CEO, you will be heavily relied upon in all aspects of business and will work closely with the HR Head. On a daily basis, you will be running the CEO ’s life involving demanding diary management, frequent travel arrangements and anticipating his needs before required. You will, through your impeccable organising and forward planning, act as an extension of your boss. You will be driven and provide first class support whether it be freeing up time in their day, working on projects, creating presentations or setting up new starters.
Being a forward-thinking, self-starter is a must for this role! You need to be someone who can really think on your feet and use your initiative to get the job done to the best standard. Someone who will always be there to lend a hand, with a ‘no job is too small’ mind-set.
To be considered for this position, you should have at least 3 years’ experience as a PA/ EA and have a genuine passion for sports and content creation. You MUST have worked within media/creative recently in a PA capacity. In character, you will be engaged, enthusiastic, proactive, strong initiative and fun.
