A client is a Global PR Powerhouse with an enviable reputation for excellence and an award winning way of looking after its staff. As part of a leading Media Conglomerate the office enjoys a beautiful location on London’s Bankside and enjoys a fun, social and empowering culture.
We are looking for an ambitious 2nd jobber graduate administrator preferably with Agency experience to join the Brand and New Business Team. Roughly splitting your time 50/50 between both Teams your role will be a varied administrative one; supporting the Teams to be the very best they can be.
For the Brand Team you will help with Resourcing; which is all to do with identifying and allocating capability for workload around the Teams. You will also be responsible for looking after the Community socially – booking meeting rooms, social events, maintaining databases and general office duties.
For the new Business Team you will support them at every stage of the process – from undertaking research, writing press releases, and pull things together from a project management perspective.
