This is a great opportunity for an up and coming receptionist who is looking for a role that facilitates career progression and development. As a receptionist, you will be a first point of contact for any visitors to the office! 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors 
  • Managing a switchboard (incoming calls, transfers and taking messages)
  • Update internal phone list and liaise with HR & IT 
  • Provide accurate and up to date information to visitors 
  • Preparing letters and documents and providing general clerical support 
  • Assist with booking conference rooms and restaurants, ordering flowers, booking taxis and arranging meetings 
  • Keeping reception and break-out areas clean and tidy 
  • Providing cover for the PA in periods of absence

What we are looking for: 

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Professional and polished presentation 
  • Brilliant attention to detail 
  • Resilience and ability to use initiative 
  • Knowledge of computer softwares 
  • Customer service background preferable
