We are looking for an up and coming Team Assistant to join a friendly team within a young, fast-growing media investment company! 

This role is perfect for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual looking to hit the ground running with the opportunity to perform a wide range of functions as well as interacting with different teams within the business. 


  • Providing admin assistance to a busy team
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings 
  • Point of contact for incoming advisor calls 
  • Assisting in the investment process – allocating investments and reconciling applications 
  • Taking meeting minutes at board meetings
  • Ad hoc tasks and research
  • General administration duties including filing, managing marketing materials, mail merges and distributing post

 What we are looking for:

  • Must be highly organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Have the ability to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
  • Previous experience within funds or company secretarial background is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional and polished at all times
