THE COMPANY
A property management company are looking for an exceptional Team Assistant to support their small London office of about 15 people. The offices are beautiful, spacious and in the West End.
THE ROLE
This is a hugely varied role, with lots of responsibility. The Team Assistant will manage diaries and email accounts for one director and two managers, and they will arrange weekly meetings, producing agendas, taking and distributing minutes. They will help to organise both intimate and large-scale events for the companies clients. They will be heavily involved in prepping pitch documents, and they will work closely with the property managers. They will use the online system to do all site orders, will answer phones, organise couriers, undertake office management duties and support the accounts team with raising purchase orders, and invoices.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ admin experience (ideally in property, but not essential). They will be confident and personable, and will be the kind of person for whom no job is too big or small.
THE PACKAGE
The salary will be £25k, with a discretionary bonus on top. They will have 20 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays, plus Christmas and New Year. They will have private medical insurance and pension.
