My Client , a highly renowned Media company, has an exciting opportunity for a PA who will be supporting two very busy Directors. One heads up the Marketing division and the other Director heads up a Sales Team.
The successful candidate will be working in a a fast paced and dynamic environment with a creative and ambitious culture.
The role is based in a growing progressive team and consists of many duties such as :-
- Assisting the Directors with diary management,
- Managing global travel and expenses
- Supporting projects by circulating weekly trading reports , producing documents, reports, presentations and preparing correspondence.
- Coordinating meetings
- Assisting with events etc
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:-
- Proven track record in an admin within a marketing or customer care team, media environment or similar
- Efficient planning and prioritising meetings
- Managing IT issues and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Interest in Marketing or Media
