A unique opportunity has arisen for a German speaking Personal Assistant to join a leading IT organisation. This global technology organisation which provides high quality products is looking for a highly organised, efficient and multitasking German speaking Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support both Managing Directors in the London office as well as offsite employees.

In your role as a German speaking PA / Office Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring a smooth and seamless day to day running of the office whilst ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accordingly to their urgency, using your sense of judgement whilst working within the given timeframes. You will handle all incoming enquiries, work with confidential business information and complete various administrative support tasks. As a German speaking PA / Office Manager you will also be responsible for organising travel, coordinating events, managing the coordination of the yearly budget, sales financial and reporting and providing translation support in German and English.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your acquired skillset with scope for career development within the PA/ Office Manager position supporting a delightful senior management team, therefore it is essential for you to have exceptional organisational and commination skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Owing to the nature of the business, you will be tech-savvy, as you will be using different IT programs. If you can tick off that you are fluent in German, have experience as a PA and are IT savvy, then this is a great opportunity for you!

Profile

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Office Manager, PA, Team Secretary, Team PA Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Proven experience of working in a PA, secretarial or administrative function in a corporate business
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience of supporting senior managers within a professional services environment
  • Able to work independently without supervision whilst managing precise timeframes and working under pressure
  • Able to multitask, take initiative and have solving problem skills
