Prestigious Law firm based in modern Surrey Offices!
Opportunities in both Disputes and Corporate Departments!
Our client - a prestigious law firm with offices in London and Surrey are now looking for Legal PA for their Corporate/Commercial team and a Legal PA for their Disputes team. Both of these roles are based in their Surrey office.
Legal PA x 2
You will be providing a tailored and dedicated support service to Partners and Fee Earners within the busy Corporate/Commercial team and the Disputes team.

Some of the Legal PA duties involved will include:
- Manage diaries, ensuring that the lawyers are kept up-to-date of meetings
- Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external
- Organise travel arrangements, book and confirm reservations and deal with related details
- Amend various documents as requested by fee earners.
- Drafting standard contracts and transfers
Legal PA x 2
The successful Legal PA will have the following experience/skills:
- Previous Legal PA experience - ideally Corporate/Commercial and Disputes/Litigation
- Minimum typing speed of 60wpm
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good organisation and ability to prioritise effectively
