EA to HR Director and Manager. This is a GREAT opportunity for a first class, very flexible, organised and great all-round EA to join this fantastic Global West End Finance company. You will ideally have EA and HR administration experience (ideally within the financial services sector). The firm have an excellent reputation in the market and are known to be great employers. The role will be process and admin heavy so you must be happy on that side. You will be assisting the Global Head of HR with extensive diary and travel arrangements. You will overseeing all the recruitment co-ordination, HR admin, benefits admin, on-boarding dets.). You will also support HR Manager with organising meetings. As part of this role you will also oversee all arrangements for 2 large offsite events (bringing together people from all over the world). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced person to further develop their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment who is happy to roll sleeves up and get stuck in.
Ideally you will have solid experience as an EA and perfect world would be within the HR team in a Finance company. Graduate calibre preferred but not essential. You will need to have excellent IT skills organisation and administration skills. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, be friendly and energetic and who can perform under pressure and keep up with the pace in this busy team.
