German-speaking Float EA
£18 - 23/hour plus holiday

Our client, a leading global investment firm, is looking for a full time ongoing temp EA to join their team in London. You will need to be able to work well under pressure, have strong teamwork skills, have an eye for detail and speak fluent, business-level German.
Role responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Travel management (ever changing and last minute and complex and they use a Travel Agent/company)
- Complicated expenses
- Research and document preparation
The successful EA will have strong communication skills and be proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint. You will have to provide an excellent level of support and be able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment meaning previous experience in investment would be ideal.
This EA must be German-speaking and have a fast and accurate typing speed with strong spelling and grammar.
