EA to Two Directors

One of our most favourite clients has two potential PA roles.  If you love diary management, being in total charge of your  bosses business  life, leading and managing their complex hectic diary and working at full throttle then this role could be for you.  Based in extremely impressive offices in Mayfair, our client requires a true career PA to join their team of PAs, looking after two very bright and dynamic but lovely Partners. 70% of your time will be for one Boss who is barely in the office so requires a virtual PA support and someone who can make decisions in his absence.  30% will be for your boss who is more UK based but more self sufficient.  He has a great sense of humour, works extremely hard and is keen to find a PA to work very closely with.  You will be organising travel on a weekly basis on a global capacity and be comfortable re organising travel if meetings suddenly change.  Many of the PAs who work here can deal with about 200 emails on a daily basis and are used working at this pace.  You must have at least four years PA experience and have exposure of working at C-Suite level.  If you love being a PA, have a natural nurturing personality and a robust personality, and take enormous pride in your work, then this would be a perfect company for you to join.  They encourage a team-based culture and have a very low turnover of staff.
