Customer Experience Assistant

Customer Experience Duties Will Include:

• Providing first class aftercare of customers
• Dealing with complaints and delivery issues
• Liaising with outside suppliers to ensure any issues are handled promptly
• Offering professional, consistent contact with all customers
• Treating every customer to the best of your ability
