Executive Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional EA to support the Senior Marketing Team of an extremely successful Global Brand.  This role will be supporting multiple senior individuals and therefore a flexible and can-do attitude is key!  This global brand is forward thinking and ever-changing, the office has a team focussed environment and they are looking for an EA to grow with them as the company develops.  The Senior Marketing Team all have different personalities, however they are all very charismatic; as their EA you will need to be adaptable, positive and happy to liaise with people at all levels.  You will need to be a true gatekeeper and anticipate all of their needs.  Experience of supporting senior people at a global brand would be advantageous, along with having worked within Marketing and therefore having exposure to typical Marketing requirements.  Typical EA duties will include; heavy diary management, complex travel arrangements, producing PowerPoint presentations, organising global conference calls and ad hoc EA duties as required.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who is looking to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment where no two days are the same!
