Executive Assistant to CEO/Co-ordinator - W1

This is an unusual and interesting opportunity for an experience EA at CEO level who has outstanding logistics and organisational skills.  The boss is entrepreneurial and needs someone who can work quickly but with an eagle eye for detail.  You will have worked for an entrepreneur before within a boutique or medium sized business and be well versed in putting in new procedures and ways of working for everyone that works well with the minimum of fuss.  This role will encompass a lot of  liaison with the USA (the companies' international office) and running the CEO's diary and travel bearing in mind 50% of the time he is in the USA.  You will support the VP in the USA with regard to diary planning and meetings for the CEO and any amendments to the schedule that the CEO may have.  The group specialize in UHNW property/hotel acquisitions and management and are moving up to £1billion in assets and growing at a rates of knots.  The offices in the West End are amazing and the team second to none.  

You will be confident and independent and relish this extremely important lynch pin role that will grow over time and is a fantastic career opportunity.  A self starter with aptitude and drive yourself you will quickly become integrated into the team and the go to person.  Adept at standardizing systems with knowledge of best practice and modern ways of working to bring a cohesive and sustainable way of working to the team.  Experience at building an "office Bible" is also needed that is easy to follow and keep to!

The culture is entrepreneurial and sometimes non-stop so you will be open minded with a great sense of humour, love finding solutions and working with a team towards positive outcomes.  

Reporting directly to the CEO and work independently for him but also be able to work with the organisation within a team across the globe.  Calm under pressure, resourceful with superior written and verbal skills with the ability to make effective decisions.  A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion is crucial to this role.

Flexibility is key to meet the needs of the executive hotel team wherever they may be in the world!  They can we wide spread around the globe at any given time and coordination is the key working across time zones will be required.  A strategic team player you will be time efficient for the CEO and schedule  business appointments and fully prepare the CEO and team for meetings.  Booking all travel and logistics for team members and expenses (they are very self sufficient).

Manage calls and emails to the office and direct inquiries to the CEO, sit in on important business decisions and meetings and work on special projects as required.

A top communicator who makes relationships quickly with integrity and 4 years+ experience at CEO or C Suite level in a busy international role
