Contract IT Infrastructure Engineer to £500 per day in Canary Wharf

Canary Wharf based law firm is looking to hire an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to work initially for 3 months on a daily rate between £350-500.  Experience in HP Lefthand storage, RES Environment Management/ivanti Workspace Control, Citrix, Veritas Backup Exec and Active Directory, ADFS, Office 365, Azure, Microsoft Servers 2003-2016.  Applicants will need to be able to troubleshoot and identify problems across different technology capabilities, build and configure, administer and support infrastructure technologies and solutions such as: compute, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, commercial off the shelf (COTS) packages and solutions, virtual and cloud including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, take ownership of issues until a new owner has been found or the problem has been mitigated and / or resolved, able to investigate problems in systems, processes and services, with an understanding of the level of a problem (e.g. strategic, tactical, operational). Can contribute to the implementation of remedies and preventative measures, able to build and test simple interfaces between systems, or can work on more complex integration as part of a wider team, correctly executes test scripts, understand the role of testing and how it works and be able to understand key principles of modern standards approach and how they apply to the work they are undertaking and will apply under guidance.
