A boutique Insurance client of ours is looking for a PA to support their Senior Managers.  Based in the City, this role would be supporting the both the Senior Managers and additional office support as required. You must have previous PA or secretarial support experience and be looking for a PA position where you will be supporting multiple people.  You will be a hard worker, who is self-motivated and keen to get stuck in to a busy role.  As PA, your daily tasks will include; diary management, screening phone calls, travel and expense management, preparing documents for meetings and presentations, meeting and greeting and other ad hoc support as required. You must be highly organised, with an exceptionally high attention to detail and advanced skills in Microsoft package, along with the proven ability to take extremely accurate notes in meetings. This is a small team that works hard, and they are looking for a PA who is a team player to join their high achieving team. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team in a well-established company.
