We are so delighted to announce we are expanding our fabulous team. Victoria Lindfield Associates are a highly unique boutique Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Executive Assistant and business support recruitment. We have wonderful offices on Berkeley Street, next to Green Park station and work with some amazing clients, across Mayfair and beyond!

Our Consultants here are super motivated and driven by doing a great job for our candidates and clients- no silly recruitment targets and we do not work silly hours!

No Recruitment or sales experience is required- all you need is a super personable, fun and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people and building strong and lasting relationships- we will teach you the rest and we promise, it really isn’t that difficult!

We're not looking for sales people, just people who love helping people!
