A creative company who are looking for a positive, switched on Office Manager to join their successful, young, dynamic team in the retail industry. They also have additional support from a canine friend so you must be a dog lover!


WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a wonderfully varied Office Managerial role, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys mucking in and assisting in all aspect of the company and definitely have a no job too big or small attitude.

Duties:
  • Answering the door and incoming calls to head office
  • Office facilities management – maintaining ordering equipment and office supplies
  • Organising store staff rotas
  • HR functions - new starter inductions/set ups for stores and head office
  • Ordering supplies for stores
  • Supporting the Director with ad hoc admin duties and personal (must be a dog lover as they have a black lab)
  • Arranging UK and Europe travel for the buying team
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, the client are really looking for a switched on candidate

Essential requirements:
  • Up to 3 years’ experience
  • Ideally experience working in creative industries
  • Organised
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude
  • Good use of initiative
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail

THE BENEFITS


This role will pay up to £28k (Depending On Experience)

Office hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
