Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and self-motivated graduate to join a highly well respected recruitment firm who focus on Financial Technology. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading Financial organisations in the world.

The Role

As Graduate Researcher you would provide a mixture of;

• Headhunting
• Networking
• Database management
• Business development 

This is an entry level role where you will receive excellent training and work within a highly collaborative working environment, sitting in close proximity to more senior colleagues who will offer you much guidance whilst you establish in the role.

You will be treated as a key member of the team with huge room for you to progress. 

The Candidate

The key things they are looking for from a Graduate Researcher is someone who is keen to take responsibility and ownership of their role and candidates. Someone sharp, who is ambitious to succeed and is self-motivated. A graduate with at least a 2:2 and some interests outside of academia - sport, travel, charity work etc.
