A a small, yet very successful, philanthropic consultancy are on the lookout for a talented and experienced PA/Office Manager.

You will provide full PA support to an inspirational CEO and will enjoy the variety of supporting a small team who are working on exciting and constantly evolving projects for their clients.

Responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, organising and attending meetings and booking global travel. You will produce correspondence and documentation for meetings and organise workshops and fun events.

In addition, you will be responsible for office management, overseeing / implementing administrative processes, building strong supplier relationships, shaping processes and generally ensuring the office runs smoothly

Must have:

  • Graduate level education (or equivalent)
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Superb attention to detail

  • A fantastic work ethic and lots of initiative
