Merchandising Coordinator - Music

Do you pride yourself on having impeccable communication skills alongside the ability to meet often difficult deadlines? Have you worked previously within a role where using Excel daily was required and where you were required to have meticulous attention to detail? If so, we want to hear from you today! An exciting opportunity has arisen for somebody who is immediately available to join this Global Music business on an initial temporary basis.

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, duties will include:

• Raising PO's
• Processing high volumes of supplier orders
• Acting as the first point of contact when resolving supplier queries
• Coordinating delivery schedules
• Monitoring stock levels/stock availability
• Producing quality reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis using MS Excel

Please apply if you have worked previously within a similar role, ideally within the Music/Entertainment industry. It is essential that applicants have proven MS Excel skills and the ability to take initiative when working within a demanding role. Those with experience working within tour merchandising would stand at an advantage for this position.
