Conveyancing Legal Secretary. 
 
This top tier law firm based in Solihull is now looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their residential conveyancing department on a full time, permanent basis. The firm can offer you a competitive salary and highly lucrative benefits scheme. 
 
You will work alongside and support the work of Conveyancing Fee Earners in a fast paced environment where your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
  • Audio copy typing 
  • Checking help to buy documentation
  • Working as part of a larger team and handling all aspects of the conveyancing process
  • Maintaining connections and liaising with clients
  • Providing administrative support and an excellent service to the firms plot sales team
In order to be considered for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary role based in Solihull you must have at least two years experience, have a full understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish, have an ability to process information accurately, be an organised individual with excellent communication skills and be willing to go the extra mile.
