My highly regarded client is looking for this candidate to come in to the office and help make their lives easier and will really respect the role you do from day one. There will be opportunities for you to grow the role if you would like though consistency if that is also what the right candidate is looking for. There will be days when the role is busy, challenging and exciting though others when you turn to your rainy day to do list.
- Front of House Reception
- Adhoc support to senior team / CEO – diary management, setting up meetings, organising travel
- Expenses
- Stationary ordering and other procurement for the office
- Management of IT and systems
- Ad hoc projects
I am looking for someone who is looking to be treated like a real grown up, very IT literate, patient and can do everything with a smile. Someone with a real positive attitude who is confident and happy on reception and really strives to do their best each day. My client is really looking for that next member of their happy team who has a mature and responsible outlook, bright with high attention to detail and able to push back when necessary!
