Are you an experienced PA with a passion for the Arts? Are you a born relationship builder with a keen eye for detail? Would you love to work in a well-known and hugely respected company with creativity at its very core? If so, read on as this could be the perfect role for you!

My client, a well-renowned and hugely exciting Arts organisation, is looking for a superstar PA to join their Operations Team. Working across the administration function including HR and Production, this role is huge in remit and requires an experienced PA with an unflappable nature. Based in the heart of Central London, this is an exciting and very creative office space where you will be surrounded by like-minded people in a busy and fast-paced environment! The role is newly established although the Head of Operations has been in the business for over 3 years and is well known for being a pleasure to work with so you can build a real relationship and get stuck in!

Day to day, this role could involve any aspects of administration from managing a hectic and often back-to-back diary, to acting as a POC for key stakeholders and the lynchpin of the department. As PA, you will manage correspondence, assist on projects, collate documents and information and generally run the Head of Operations busy days! This is an amazing opportunity to bring excellent PA/ administrative expertise to one of the UK’s most exciting Arts organisations.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years PA experience, ideally from within a larger, creative company. You will be comfortable managing up and will be an organisational whiz with top class scheduling skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be a natural people person and relationship builder with an approachable and warm nature as well as a solutions focused approach. You will be used to working under pressure and will be comfortable talking to people at all levels. If this sounds like you then please do get in touch!
